Is this a physical book?

No. All Finger Tips products are digital e-books read online in your library. Nothing is shipped.

Can I download the EPUB or PDF?

No. To protect authors, books are read only inside our online reader. The original file is never downloadable.

When do I get access?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed. The book appears in My library.

How many devices can I use?

Up to 3 devices, with up to 2 reading at the same time. You can sign out old devices yourself from Devices & sessions. Changing networks, using mobile data, travelling or using a VPN does not count against you.

Can I share my account?

Your Finger Tips account is intended for your personal use. Please do not share your login credentials with others.

Will my place be saved?

Yes — per book, across your devices.

Is the content protected completely?

We use layered protection that stops downloading and discourages sharing and copying. No system can stop someone photographing a screen, so we don't claim perfect protection.
