Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the book is added to My library immediately — usually within a few seconds. You read it in your browser; the original file is not downloadable.

Not showing up?

Refresh your library and check you're signed in with the email you used at checkout. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, contact us with your order ID.

Access period

Access continues for as long as the service operates, subject to the Terms.
