RBI MPC raises repo rate by 25 bps to 5.50%

The Monetary Policy Committee increased the policy repo rate under the LAF by 25 basis points from 5.25% to 5.50% with immediate effect. The SDF rate stands adjusted to 5.25% and the MSF rate to 5.75%, with all other LAF terms unchanged.
